We are a small passionate team of professional, fun loving, food orientated people who are eager to work on all the basics for the function of your choice.
We are a family group with our head person namely me, Patricia, who is a qualified chef.

I like my functions to run smoothly so you let me do the worrying not you. It is not about us, but about you.”
The second part of our important team is Glenn. He is a butcher by trade and like me puts a big emphasis on service and quality fresh food.
Our daughter Tiff is a Pastry Chef, she too has a lot of experience in the hospitality industry. She provides us with many decadent treats, she is very creative and has a big sweet tooth, she can also provide custom cakes or desserts for your next function, wedding or birthday.
We make sure we source the freshest ingredients from the best local produce.
We love to travel and we go anywhere to make your day and function something special.
