We have been involved in the food industry for a long time and have learnt many secrets to make the best Kiwi inspired food imaginable.  We love how hearty and fresh Kiwi food can be.  With influences from all around the world as well as the local cultural influence, New Zealand cuisine is the best in the world! When we moved to Australia, we wanted everyone to experience the beauty of Kiwi Cuisine! But being in Western Australia that has an abundance of beautiful fresh produce that excites us to be here and make the most of this awesome produce and we would like it to reflect in all the menus we create.
